Rain LTE-A and Mobile Data - Devise currently offline

Since yesterday morning 11 March 2023 our device show offline when we are trying to get a more optimised signal on the Rain SA site. Since we received the modem we have problems every month..each time we log a request nobody comes back to solve the problem. We have logged several requests with no replies. We even cancelled the service twice already..still with no replies....CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP !!!!

I have the exact same problem. Upgraded to 5g home basic. Device currently offline. How did they help you?
