Rain Mobile Feedback Thread

Is it just me or is Rain internet dead - both fixed and mobile?

Damn Dan that is bad. I should really play that game again. Got them all, which reminds me I want to pick up Turbo on the Steam sale too, although I don't believe it's that popular anymore :(

Don't waste your money on Turbo. I played it once and never again. Anyhow latency on RAIN to UK servers are pretty good. I get about 210ms on average. Not bad for wireless. First time I actually got disconnected.
 
Yea my rain mobile died too - uber slow loading speeds - had to dust off my rain fixed LTE which mysteriously works just fine. I don't think Rain just has teething problems but an all round mouth, face, infact whole body problem.

Thanks for the headsup.

Yeah have to say international latency with Rain is about 15-20ms lower for me compared to ADSL, noticed it when playing PUBG Mobile, same goes for local latency with CSGO (16ms-20ms). But, I'll shall persist with Rain, although there are no clouds in the sky at the moment, just sunshine :D

I have Turbo, and I think your money would be much better used if you bought Trials Fusion instead.

I tried to connect to Rain 65519 network earlier on and access was denied / not allowed under the impression that all uncapped users are now connected to 65538 network...

was about to cancel my ISP account with another ISP but will keep it until such time they fix the uncapped network..


Example forget password option wasn't loaded onto their website until I brought it to their attention now experiencing hiccups...
 
I am not tied to any contracts besides the month to month fixed Rain LTE which i can survive on during rain mobile downtimes or peak times and just use the mobile sim for off peak times - another plus is Rain Fixed LTE now seems to have rollover data so what i dont use rolls over to the next month.

Just hope I wont regret this combo/marriage.

I do sense someone is monitoring the forums and reporting back issues which they are implementing as they encounter them. More of the "cross that bridge when we get to it" type of mozzying on from them
 
Hmm some funny responses on rain today. Some sites not loading, intermittent but speed test came back fine.
