Acceptable, not really.
What you'd have to accept given the congestion, yes.

Anyone else on the Rain Mobile 4G network had no internet from 11pm on the 25th.?
Connection is fine on my router.
I get full bars of signal but the download arrow shows no connectivity.
Connection resets a few times every hour.
Shows a trickle of data sent but 0 bytes received.

Was wondering the same thing yesterday. Turns out the problem is in KZN.

Try forcing bands to 1800, then back to 2600TDD or vice versa.

We are unaffected in KZN, speeds 45-50mbps still.

No this is unacceptable.i went to my payment and got a shock.Rain please contact me cause on the site i waited on the chat app and it said 16 people still....a few minutes laterrrr......then i was 3rd in line the reset happened and i was back in the back of the line..noooo noo come now people.
Another problem is i cant seem to switch my tab on the unlimited box,So even if i not using rain the money keeps on adding up cause a box is ticked and i cant even untick it...fix it please
