We are doing an article on the Rain SIM delivery delays, and your feedback on it will be great.

What support channel? Oh you mean from their inaccessible website?!
 
-- Haven't received mine yet, was scheduled for this morning 10 - 11.

-- They said that there are having some delays and that as soon as a delivery date/time is confirmed I should be getting an sms
 
No. But I would not know as I decided to take the day off and my delivery address is at work.

There is no way on their 'portal' where you can change anything.

Meh going with the motion of the ocean, no rush to get it at the moment.
 
No. My delivery was scheduled for 8 to 9 am. No SIM yet.

Customer service said it will be delivered between 8 and 2 pm. It's now 13.22. website tracking still shows that it is not not in transit.

SMS received stating.

Hi, success, we've received your order confirmation from rain. Your delivery is scheduled for today but we're experiencing a slight delay. We'll be in touch to confirm a delivery time. Sorry for the inconvenience, Sendr

That is more of a slight delay. Few hours already.

Not yet - was supposed to be delivered between 8-9am today

Did not receive any response to the email I send them but I did receive an sms from Sendr saying that they apologise for the delay
 
No.

Our SIMs were scheduled to be delivered between 08:00 and 10:00 on Friday, but received an SMS at 09:50 from Sendr that they are experiencing delays.

Received sms after delivery time to say delayed,though not sure what that means. Today? Tomorrow? A week? A month?

No just a sms stating order received and will be delivered later today. Just no mention of what today.

And the emails that you send are just ignored.

Update: SMS received and changed delivery date to Saturday 2pm

Rain online support is so slow. I started being 45 in the queque. Decided to go the the shop, came back and now I'm no 3 :cry:

no ordered 2 days ago

My query was escalated then got an sms saying that delivery will happen in 2 hours
Delivery was for 8am as i work untill 3pm 14-50 still no sim/s
 
Just received ours at around 15:00. They sent an SMS two hours ago to alert us that it will be delivered.
