Rain Network Problems

My Rain can with a ZTE router and it doesn’t work at all when I install the 5g sim on the router it says no connection but when I install the same sim in my mobile phone it connects to the internet instantly
 
Hi there I have Huawei cpe outdoor router. This device keep saying not registered. I'm using yhe 5g plan it also keeps saying connected without internet. What can I do called rain countless times even went to rain offices twice.
 
Hi I’ve had no network connection for over a week now and I’ve been calling rain and still nothing has happened
 
Our first month with Rain was perfect, no issues with the service. My partner (they use the router and one of the sim cards in their phone) recently moved house and it has been terrible. The router constantly drops connection ('No internet' message) and my partner almost never has mobile network connection, only able to make emergency calls most of the time. We have moved the router around the house to where it gets the strongest connection, but it still keeps dropping. We've reset the router as well.

Surprisingly, they are under 1km away from the nearest tower, closer than they were previously. I have called and spoken to an agent who said that we are close to the tower and shouldn't be having issues, but that hasn't helped anything.

We also had a near-perfect connection in our first month or so, but now and for the last month or more, the connection keeps dropping and speeds go below 2mbs! The below screenshot was taken at around 20:25 this evening:

I want to pull my hear out of my head - I am SOOOOO frustrated with this nonsense newtork!

And please don't call me and ask me STUPID questions and tell me to move the router around in the house! We live in Pretoria East, and before we decided to try this service, we checked and it was confirmed that we have 5G coverage - so DON't tell me to move the router around in the house.
