Rain outdoor router no internet connection

Guys how do I get help with my rain outdoor router, it’s loosing connection every 2minutes, lve called a million times and they keep telling me I have a great connection of which l don’t, lm tired of buy mobile data while I’m paying every month,no maan! Rain please do better

@rain_mobile I am experiencing the same issue, my upload speeds are struggling to reach even 3MBps and being told by your support that this is the acceptable speed for my package!?
I am on the premium package.
I signed up purely to enjoy greater upload speeds which help me work remotely!
Now I am forced to purchase data elsewhere 'cos your network is unstable?
Fix this and tell me why I am paying for crappy upload speeds which is not what I signed up for.
