alright, 0 is way better than what you had before...at worst ours goes down to around 4 with the antenna when something is wrong out there with the tower, right now it's at 8 and pulling 50mbps, in it's current position the best it's been is 13db...when we put the antenna in the optimal position (haven't run cables that far yet) it pulls 80mbps+, not sure what the snr was when it was there.
the other values are meaningful too, like the rsrp and rsrq...

afaik the rsrq shows signal quality, the lower that number the better, same goes for the rsrp, the lower the better.
The other day we had an snr of like 3 or something, and it was still pulling 30mbps, 2600 band though.
