Rain sim currently offline

Can someone please assist, I activated my rain sim card over 4 hours ago and yet on the site is says "device currently offline" how long must one wait till I can start using my unlimited data package, and my phone is displaying a "emergency calls only" message. Tried all the troubleshoot methods but still no luck.

took me 24 hours, and MUST put in the APN settings,
otherwise still shows its offline, even when it is.

Tried inputting the APN settings yet still shows offline, guess I may have to wait 24 hours

Yee sure they do go happen and networks do go down, i guess i should be cursing my lucky stars for buying a sim card the very day the network decided to be down

Please can someone help me. I have messaged a Rain rep but that was 2 hours ago with no response. I received my sim yesterday and it said it was activated but it isnt connecting. Ive changed the APN settings on my mobile router, I received a sms yesterday around 5pm saying it was activated, but on the dashboard it says its not activated. The courier said itd be about 3 hours until activation when I received it, but still after nearly 20 hours nothing is working.
