Looks like DDR4 2666MHz (ECC) RAM.
You will need another 8Gb Hynix stick.

Hi, I bought this module but turns out it's not ECC, so not compatible. No worries though, I should be able to return it.
In reference back to my original question, when searching for compatible RAM, what criteria should I apply?
Looking at the label on my RAM (refer to OP) as well as other info provided:
- DDR4 - check
- SO-DIMM - unsure
- 2666V - check (but not sure what the "V" means)
- ECC - check
- PC4 - Unsure
- 1Rx8 - Unsure
- ED2-11 - Unsure
- HMA81GU7CJR8N - I'm guessing this is the product code, so ideally I should the same, but not required for compatibility. Right?
- VK TO AD - Unsure
- 2047 - As I understand this is the manufacturing date, so not required for compatibility.
So, from no 1- 4, I can shop for DDR4 2666V SO-DIMM ECC RAM. Will this be compatible or do I need to consider any of the other items I marked as unsure? I think one of those indicated ECC, but I missed it.
The spec from DELL states the following:
Some replies above recommended SO-DIMM, some linked to modules that are RDIMM, the spec says UDIMM.
I'm beginning to feel pretty dimm.
How about this module? Will it work?
