Raru poor service

I know they do which is why I haven't cancelled yet. Not the first time it's taken so long and i've never not received my orders.

But they should stop selling stuff as in stock when it's not.
Scratch that. Just received an email today saying my order has been cancelled after all this time because they won't be able to find the item they initially sold as in stock. Been credited which will be deducted from my next raru order :rolleyes:
 
The worst online shop. STAY AWAY !!!! They advertise items which are not in stock. They tell you that after you've paid AND THEY DON'T REFUND YOU !!!! They are using your money to pay their salaries or rent or ... !!! I've placed an order ( for an item which was available ...but is not available, or so I've been told ) 1 month ago. They are still telling me - they are overflown by refunds ( ?!?!?!?!) and will refund me within the ...next 2 weeks . It appears this is their business model - or a way to generate cash-flow . How many other people they've screwed, if it takes them 20-30 days to process a refund ? DO NOT USE THEM !!
