What annoys me is when you have an issue, you log a ticket, ticket gets closed with - "A tech is busy looking into it".

Common sense dictate you only close the ticket when the problem is resolved
 
Yup. So their new thing - when I had issues, they ignored me. After I figured out how to fix them myself, now I get emails saying "they see I contacted support numerous times in the past few weeks" and asking if my ****'s resolved.

Too late now, my dudes.
 
I give up and moved to another ISP.

Preorder fibre connection took them 6 months and poor response.

Ordered from another ISP got me up and running within 1 week.
