iBurst international traffic has slowed to a crawl. Current estimate on downloading a 150MB file is 3-4 hours !!!

ALSO broke a non resumable download. 1.4 GB+ of 1.8GB !!!

Same and now, howver got a Steam update which I assume is local proxy. Gmail loaded but other usual international sites just not there.

We are busy investigating and hopefully the problem should be resolved in an hour or two.

Tonight it's all working, just a little slow.
