Apologies, attending to weather triggered events in the west rand. We are provisioning an extra fibre into the area to improve the service. Should be done by the end of the month.

Ronald,

The "west rand" is a large area, which this Fibre help with speeds in the radiokop area?

WoW is lagging terrible again, I see packet loss in 1st 4 hops within iBurst network....

The bulk of that content currently comes from the akamei servers at Internet Solutions. If anyone there is listening, please provide us peering (we have a 10Gb/s finre waiting for you).

Akamai, Google ... need to move their hosting to providers that are trying to "free the web"

Any Suggestions?

Game server IP: 195.122.135.160

My in game ping on server was averaging 250. It has got worse over the past two weeks and is now > 500. Friends on ADSL connecting to this same server are averaging about 225. Is there anything that Iburst can do to rectify this?

Will ask the techies in Cape Town to have a look.

I am unable to raid WoW on iBurst today, too much latency during raid.

Ronald any ideas?
