If you are having problems with throughput, please try different modem placements or use an external antennae.

This was an issue with the WOW hosting.

Shawn Green used to be able to provided fixed ip addresses for WoW iburst players which did help... ask if still available for such.

We don't use multiple za based transits any more so it won't help to have a static.

This was an issue with the WOW hosting.

I am not 100% convinced it the WOW hosting, as noone else was having this issue and I tried 2 other ISP's to the WoW server which didnt show this issue at all.

Even a few centimeters can be the difference between 30% and 90% signal.

If you get 0% loss on the final hop then there is really no issue. Many core Internet routers will show packet loss on a trace since they have a smaller, slower CPU for IMCP that is completely separate from the routing chips.
