Just phoned iBurst "support" about this exact same problem. When I asked them when they're going to fix it the guy just threw the phone down in my ear :(

Well, Jannie did mentioned that 80% of calls are being answered, so that should count as an "answered phone"...:erm:
 
the speeds are quite choppy in Bloemfontein, Langenhovenpark. I'm on the 64kbps throttle and downloads are normally a steady 7-8kbps. But since this morning downloads speeds are hovering at between 2-3kbps.
 
I'm in Langenhoven Park as well and the service has degraded alot. I use my own bind 9 server and have been getting DNS timeouts the whole day.

my downloads also drop on a regular basis. at least 2-4 drops per day.

rapidshare and megaupload. but its not too bad. some days are worse than others. All I do when a download drops is just download it again. :D

wtf is iburst doing, I have been able to play star trek online for the whole week, come 11pm Friday night and connecting to STO is almost impossible, I had the same problem last weekend... why only the weekends?? and of course uselessdesk is not answering phones... well I guessed that would happen, since their 24/7 help desk only works from 7am-11pm

Can you please provide me details of the url or IP of this game?
 
Something wrong with the 64kbs service again it seems... anything I update or try to download jumps between 300b/s and 6kbs. This instability causes all downloads to fail... Seen this problem with a few guys in Pretoria (Montana and Sinoville, might be more areas). Been like this for the past week

What sites are you trying to use and what are your results to speedtest.net & speedtest.iburst.co.za?
