*READ FIRST* iBurst Network Status & Issues (DNS, Throughput and Latency)

I'm also having problems with connection from yesterday afternoon, having terrible latency on runes of magic, seems that it is spiking allot, 4000ms to 20000ms. It is definytly not server related tested both American and Europe servers, and both gave same result. Also no ingame reports of server related problems.

Looks like a DNS problem to me.

Run the following commands in command prompt and post the results:
nslookup path100.gamepath.net
ipconfig /all
ping 77.235.48.55

@LithIX: If the problem persists, add the following line to your 'hosts' file, normally located in 'c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc':

77.235.48.55        path100.gamepath.net

This should at least get you playing until the DNS problem is sorted out. Make a note somewhere that you have made this change as the IP address of path100.gamepath.net may change in future and you won't be able to access it without removing this line.

Will change my DNS settings this afternoon, and have a look.

BTW,
Got Aion working without using gamepath (with double the latency though) - so its not the end of the world.
Necessity is the mother of invention - right ;-)

Will keep you posted - later this afternoon.

Is there problems with the iBurst again?

I have huge packet loss and very slow speeds again.

As we sharing all the bandwith with FIFA again? As we had a wonderful Burst experience this morning, but once again as the day progresses it keeps on getting worse and my users cannot use any web based business applications - i did log a ticket with the NOC (twice) - but i'm still waiting on feedback, currently our speedtest looks as follow:

Download speed: 13808 kbps (1726 KB/Sec)
upload speed: 884 kbps (110.5 KB/Sec)

Please PM me your account details. The uplink speed does not look good, so I want to test the last mile.
