Sorry for not getting back sooner. Not had access to the mail I use for iBurst. But it seems reeding further from last time I was on here that other people also picked up issues connecting to Europe. If you still think it would help I will still PM you my iBurst ref# regarding routing to Europe going through Washington and iBurst then telling me to contact Vodacom i will do so

eyeBurst signal graph because it plots all the traffic around you over time - information much more useful than a single signal strength number of unknown duration/stability please. It's a Java app (which should pretty much be around anyway..) and the link above will get you the app. Logical, clear install routine is here :p (I may be biased...)

If'n you could do that, we can take a look at what you've got to work with..!

Du-ude...My technical knowledge is limited to turning the PC on! I need to download something that ends with .exe and does everything for me. Those instructions look like the kind of things that will destroy my OS in one go, lol...
 
Any issues today? Getting downloads and DNS time out issues pretty much the whole day.
 
DNS error AGAIN

Guess what?!?! This is the only website I can visit using Iburst! with the rest just giving me DNS errors. Im tired of getting this crappy message 10 times a week. FIX IT!
 
And.... the add above reads "ERROR"....

I think it may be a global issue today. Some sites work, some don't...
 
Hope we're going to get discount on our usage today -haven't been unable to use my afterhours VAS for hours!!
 
Wow you guys have been experiencing A LOT of problems this year, its insane! Cant see why we are the only wireless subscriber having all these problems. If its not bad downloading during the day, its horrible ping at night.

Oh well its almost November!

I'm just going to assume that you've never been on the Vodak@k 3G network before in your life. :rolleyes:

EDIT: @ r00igev@@r , any idea when this will be fixed? Your upstream provider chose a very bad day to have issues....

While this is a confirmed problem today, may I ask what browser you're normally using? If it's Chrome, get rid of it. ;)
 
Mozilla FireFox, dont like Chrome cant use it for my leeching sites
 
Why is it that the network diagnostics on the iburst website itself always seem to show "no problems, everything is cool, have a nice day" even a we all suffer and struggle with network downtime (from a variety of sources)? Either remove the incorrect reporting of network status or have the courage to update it and show the problems.
