Signal sitting between 95 and 100% constantly, but speed is terribly slow. Last night one Speedtest to Gabarone had a ping of 864ms!

Download speeds have been terrible all evening - getting between 9 - 11 kB/s per thread (only 2 threads running)
Web sites are also very slow to load.

was still showing 0% signal strength until a few hours ago when it came up. Posting using my iburst.
