*READ FIRST* iBurst Network Status & Issues (DNS, Throughput and Latency)

Anybody else in the Krugersdorp area having problems with signal strength dropped from 100% to 30% overnight and the speeds are so slow
 
Broadacre area has been slow over the passed week? getting 80% signal strength [drop from 92%] and speeds don't seem to be faster than 400kbps
 
No reported issues in that area.

Speeds AWFUL this morning. Randburg/Northcliffe area...

Been experiencing the same issue and cannot connect AT ALL :mad:
Keep getting the message "Phone Line Is Busy" even though i have 100% signal and each time i call the call centre they keep telling me its a signal issue, WTF!!??

Sometimes the "line is busy" error is windows messing up - try restarting the computer (if it's a usb device).


r00i, very slow here in fourways/broadacre, there's alot of digging going on in the area, could that be causing issues?
 
Iburst useless now?

Pages takes forever to load.
Trying to upload a 400kb file on photobucket and imagehost, no success.
Ping time outs.

Resetting the desktop modem didn't help.
 
With so little days left, I am not really bothered. I just want to have some sort of internet access in the last couple of days. ;)
