*READ FIRST* iBurst Network Status & Issues (DNS, Throughput and Latency)

Singnal Strength in the Krugersdorp area has gone from 100% to 20% and is so slow
 
Without assistance that is not going to miraculouslu happen...

No, it was kinda working, but yesterday it was non existent... This has happened before and for me to keep my sanity, I just wait it out... I'll take a 3G modem from work today, just in case.
 
Iburst speed test - Consistency of Service

Hi

If I run the Iburst speed test ( http://speedtest.iburst.co.za/ ) multiple times, my Consistency of Service fluctuates wildly: 30% to 85%.

It never used to be this bad in my area, it used to be pretty consistent and relatively high.
Can someone from iburst please pm me to check out if something is wrong in my area / hardware?

Slow Speeds in Durban

Whats up with the slow internet speeds in Durban and DNS issues.

I tried to download a 22kb file. It took 2minutes to get to 90% then failed.

Anyone else having issues?

You're not Alone!! I've also experienced a degrade in speed today.
Even with my 1Mbps Line, my download speed is 72kbps & upload is 426kbps.
 
Very slow speeds in Bellville, Western Cape. Certain international sites reporting '502 Bad Gateway'.
Any DNS or international connectivity issues?

COOL I just ran the test again and got 10% Cos.. very nice.

This is ridiculous, seriously... can someone from iburst please contact me via pm and please check what is wrong?

It's Saturday. I suggest you call the helpdesk on 0877202020 (they are open 24 hours), or PM your UITD, geographical location and contact details to iBurst and wait for an answer on Monday.

Location: Alberton (Brackenhurst tower)
Problem: Intermittent network "stalls"

Everything will be running smoothly and suddenly everything will stall. iBurst modem activity light will stop flickering. Connection is still maintained and loading pages will just freeze half way. Just as suddenly everything will resume some seconds later. Pages even continue loading...
 
Location: Rustenburg and greater Rustenburg area
Problem: Unstable connectivity

Numerous complaints regarding slow and intermittent connectivity issues via ADSL and 3G
