Hehe, i had to use my blackberry as a internet connection. Iburst should pay me this month for wasting R250 because their system couldn't do it.
 
I can't reach any international sites. Can't resolve any international DNS names either.

Been struggling for a while now with iWorst. Some days it is decent, other days crap, other days a mixed bag. Thank goodness when I move there will be a Telkom line so I can get back into WoW tanking and Diablo 3

My Iburst is like FREAKING crawling at work... from 800ms ping to 1200ms with downloads never going above 1.5KB/s .. WHAT A KAK SERVICE!!!!! I remember back in 2008 I never... NEVER had this! What you gonna do about it Iburst?????

And here we are AGAIN......had to press reply button 5 times just to get here!!! Nice one.

You know there was a time when I thought it was too much of a hassle closing my ImBust account and looking for greener pastures, but no more!! I`m wasting so much time and effort trying to make this service work, I might aswell spend all that effort and frustration to open a new account somewhere else, somewhere - where I can watch the odd youtube video, where I can download a patch at more than 4.6k, where I can have (heaven forbid) more that 3 tabs open in my browser, somewhere where there are actual customer service.

Downloaded a 13Mb file that I needed for work last night. iBurst took 5 hours 12 minutes and my phone took less than 3 minutes to download that same file from exactly the same website. Downloads were started at the same time as well.

Please explain WHY we are getting such crap download speeds? And the usual "There are no known issues" stories will not be accepted anymore.......

Either give us the download speed we pay for or cut our monthly payments to at least a half of what we pay now.
This has gone on for far too long. This afternoon I will be laying a formal complaint with the CPA as we are NOT getting the service we pay for.
