Reading Mysql table onto form

Hi there guys, i am not a java/web developer but i have a mysql database and need to have a form that just displays contents of the table.

for now i just need select * from table1
then i will need to use a date from date to range with a region range

how is this done? the data can be displayed in a table on any web form

You'd need some sort of (Web) Application language (like PHP or ASP) to do the work for you.

Are you using Java? I used the JDBC and mysqlconnector
