Ready, Steady, Cook...

grilling woolies small buffalo wings. will prolly get a salad from there later.

I am grilling fish for dinner but not sure what to serve it with. I always make my own potato wedges and a salad, but that is getting boring.

I have available:
Beetroot
Asparagus
Mixed vegetables - still raw.
Brown bread rolls

and most of the other basic ingredients.

Grill the asparagus in a griddle pan and serve with a bearnaise sauce. You haven't cooked until you've made your own bearnaise sauce and with asparagus it's a treat.

You could do a ratatoullie with the veg, depending on what you've got...

I really have no idea what to do with them.

Gf put them in my trolley when I went grocery shopping. Told me I must eat healthy stuff. They don't look healthy.
