If you want or you can use itstoggle rclone fork and mount your RealDebrid torrent folder as a remote and use Plex.

I do that currently with varying setups.

Sonarr + Radarr + Jackett + rdtclient + realdebrid

Sonarr and Radarr is difficult because they want to pick up the downloads after grabbing them which you can't do with RealDebrid so I do torrent blackhole and save the stuff into a folder and let RDTclient pick it up from the watch folder and set the RDTClient settings to Do no download to host. It will add the newly snatched stuff to RD but not download it.

The problem now is Autoscan doesn't work because the paths.

I also use Plex Debrid which seems to better implement and works well with RD and Overseerr. Still tweaking stuff to see how can I get the best libary sorted without much manual setups especially now since Gdrive might pull the plug on everyone.

yeah I tried the rclone with plex_debrib method and it works well enough.

However I’ve also now tired Seren integrated into Trakt, and that worked even better, because I don’t need to be running anything except kodi (which I’ll just be running on the Nova.)

I’ve also synced my Plex library to Trakt using plextraktsync, and it worked great, so I’ll lose no history.
 
How do I search in Seren?

Eg in plex I was watching The Shield, and it knew what I had watched or not.

I’ve synced plex to Trakt, and it’s showing correctly what I have watch in Trakt

It is however not showing up in Seren.

Do I really need to scroll my entire collection to find it manually?

Honestly I feel like a complete idiot for not switching to this ages ago :X3:

It’s just so much better not having to worry about space/storage management, which then led me to mostly download SD content……

While you're playing around with stuff, my go to is Stremio + Torrentio.

It's just sleek and fast and so easy.

Nice. I’ll defs take a look.

No harm in using Kodi/Seren side by side with Stremio to see which we prefer
 
Real Debrid is the best for me because most people use them almost everything new and old is cached where as with Alldebrid it needs to be cached first. Alldebrid caches stuff much faster though.

Real Debrid has 3 options for us in SA. Direct from EU, Cloudflare or JHB via CDN77. Alldebrid is just via the EU which can be an issue if you have a line with loss or issues.

Realdebrid you can use servers to mount as a drive where alldebrid completely blocks it.
