Recommend a metallic paint polish please.

For those who have used various car polish brands, what polish would get rid of water droplet stains on a car's metallic paint? Regular polish or more abrasive compound polish? TIA.

The stains are likely just sitting in the clear coat.

Start with that and go from there, clay can remove quite a bit of surface contaminants, before you go to polishes that are designed to remove more swirls and scratches.
