Recommend an Outlook Spam Filter?

I have a major spam problem. I have a very generic email address @mweb and I get far too much spam. The built in Junk Email system in Outlook 2013 is useless. I can block senders, and set the filtering to high, but the spam flows in anyway.

Can anyone recommend a spam filter plugin that won't modify my outgoing emails (with a signature ad) and stays updated with the latest spam lists and heuristics.

I have googled it, but I have no idea which companies are any good. I had a bad experience with a plugin that broke email and would bug out when I tried to uninstall it. Help!

Stop using your email address to sign up to dodgy websites.

I get hardly any spam.

Cheapest route is to setup filters for key words on your webmail.

Eset Internet Security is pritty good for a paid option.
