Recon Exchange Archives - How?

I am looking for advice on a way to get all my archived mails back into my Inbox and Sent Items. These are the issues:

1. I have a multitude of subfolders under my Inbox and Sent Items
2. Obviously these are duplicated in my Archives.
3. I have 2 Archive folders...we run Exchange and a while ago had to export to .pst during a crash etc. etc.

All of the above obviously makes a copy and paste excersise futile. I want to basically start from scratch, get rid of ALL archived duplication and then re-archive the way I want to.

Any help or advice would be appreciated. I have Googled and found some software that I can buy off the Net...is there free software or another "manual" way?

Would a copy rule that you run once and then delete not work?

Its under tools/rules and alerts

If you do a blank rule you can pic all the actions and folders.
