Red Bull Mobile Tariff Plan Issues

I purchased RBM Sim from Cell C. It's a 12 month 200MB P/M Once-Off Sim at R99. http://mybroadband.co.za/news/cellular/125562-red-bull-mobile-shutting-down-in-south-africa.html

1 year has passed and now my benefits are over. I reactivated it using the same number for another year, until it expired again.

Now I want to keep my number and my network but change my Tariff. It doesn't seem to work.

Some Cell C Stores say...
Buy a new sim.
Sim swap to new sim keeping number.
Have R5+ balance.
Dial *147#. Option 1.
This is my error...

I want to know how do I get off this Tariff and keep my Number.
I wondered if I Port to another Network then come back to Cell C. Will It Work?
What are my options?

Do u know anything which can beat 1GB p/m x 12 months for once off R400
