Hi @KrushenJust got my rain 5g and sim is active but when I connected the router it shows red light on network and when I went on the rain site it says device is offline please help someone
Hi @CstormGood day, i also received my router 3 days ago, i have been on the phone with rain a few times now, still on red, have moved the router to everywhere in my flat, still nothing, pls can you help?
Hi @Janke97I've been having the same issue for the past 8 days. I've had the router plugged into every socket near every possible window in my house. Nothing.
Call centre agents have been largely unhelpful, and my support tickets that have been logged go ignored. I've been trying to get this sorted out since the 3rd of January.
Honestly, this is outrageous.
