I'm getting an intermittent intermediate page when browsing tonight. Have anybody else noticed this? What does it mean?

I think it might be ISP specific - I have a verizon account at vanilla isp.

It definitely happened when browsing to wikipedia and slashdot, but I cant recall
what other sites it happened for.

It also isn't operating system specific. I saw it on a windows and ubuntu.
