[RELEASE] DStv Now KODI Add-on

DSTV now on win 10 and win 7 still not working also still not working on Pi3 running kodi 18.3 on libreelec! Is there an update from 0.9.7!
 
Everyone, Matt has just pushed updated Widevine DRM blobs.

To update, go into DStv add-on settings > Playback > Install Widevine DRM
Select Yes to overwrite.
Might need to reboot after it installs.

That should fix the issues.

Excellent, thanks very much to Matt and for letting us know. It works again, both Kodi on Ubuntu, and LibreElec on Pi3 :)
 
Updated mine and it's working for me now too.

I also figured out the issue I was having with it not displaying 480p when I had set it to that. In "inputstreamsettings" it needs to have "stream selection" set to manual.

However in the Showmax addon when it is set like this the videos are garbled so I'm thinking it needs to have the widevine drm updated as well in that addon separately. Does anyone know how to do this manually?

Yes thanx guys i am also up and running dstv now working win 10 and 7 and Pi3 libreelec! thank you too to all the guys who worked on the problem! I am not sure it this is the right place to ask about the ITV kodi addon! the catchup is working fine on all my devices but i cannot get the live channels to work! can someone help? Also i heard that windows 10 is now available to work on Pi3, is this true and if it is where can i get hold of this?

I don't make an ITV Add-on.
You need to find out who the developer is and ask them.
My subredit doesn't allow posts (only comments).
(Stops it filling up with users asking help for add-ons that I don't make. hehe)

Also Windows 10 on the Pi3 will be a very horrible experience.
Avoid it.

Also guys their seems to be a problem with merging dstv channel list and epg, I have tried, not working!

Did you install pvr iptv simple client? It's under libreelec add-ons>pvr clients> for the raspberry pi

1. Changed to the latest API (V4) to make it more future proof.
2. Added in country and subscription check so that you only get the items on the menu you are able to watch.
3. Added in Movies, Sports and Kids content.
4. Renamed "Series" to "TV Shows".
5. Fixed the login bug I added in the last release.
