So, i found a place with great Vumatel coverage and i will be moving there end of this month. I have already placed a new order today so that when i move there i won't have to wait too long for installation. Do you guys know how long it takes for a new order to be processed by VUmatel?.I am hoping they would have installed by month end. But one can only hope right?

Good luck with the cancellation fee from Vox for your current line ;)

I do not mind the cancellation fee... I already set up a payment plan so it is not a big deal. R2700 cancellation fee. I kinda knew what i was getting myself into so it is not a big deal lol but yeah they should do away with cancellation fees

Who is the new ISP?

Funny enough, i never had any real issues with them lol.

Same. My best ADSL years was with Vox.. Running that fatpipe account. Fast and stable, never had issues.

Poo hit the fan once our Telkom copper lines started getting stoled every other week.. everyone switched to LTE and as a result, LTE towers became next level congested...
Waiting patiently for Fibre now. Hopefully before the end of the year.

My last 3 installations I ordered (as a reseller) with Vumatel was done within a week. The quickest was I received a call two hours after placing the order and aranged installation for the next day. But since your ISP is Vox.... al I can say is Good Luck.

Same. I only left them cause I went with RAIN for a year before Fibre.
Yes... I managed to have my installation done and completed at my new premises. by the time i move which is end of this week, internet would be live. I still have to go back there with my router so that a vox technician can reconfigure the microtik router.

I never had issues with the installation from the get go. My installation has already been done and vox last installation they activated my line within a day. After about three hours from VUmatel handover, i got a message from Vox and my line was alive and kicking. VOX has seriously improved their game.

My fibre line has already been installed at my new place after placing the order on Friday. Activation with vox in the past only took a few hours which is impressive, so i guess by end of week my line would have been long active heheh. Atleast i am moving straight into my 1gbs fibre;s warm hands. lol

Awesome. I hope they keep it up.
