Remote Desktop Help Please

Hey guys. I seem to be having some trouble setting up a Remote Desktop.
I've downloaded and setup DynDNS. Checked if the ip with http://whatsmyipaddress.com but still getting errors when I try to connect,

I'm kinda new at this and not sure if I'm missing something or doing something wrong. Could somebody please help

Think you may need to be a bit more specific. Does the computer that you're remoting into have remote connections enabled?

Yes it does. It was working fine then just one day i tried to log in and it failed.

why not use logmein.com...oops i think i made a boobooo there,well the wording might be wrong there.

Your router (if any) needs to foward port 3389 to the PC you're trying to Remote Desktop to.

I can't use unsupported applications. It's a company PC and they are very strict about that

unsupported.Do they want you to use a certain program or windows default remote desktop.
Can you check if remote services are all automatic on startup or manual in admin tools.

Either the TS service is stopped, the network is down or the machine is off.

The machine is on... Internet Connected. I'm Right next to it at the moment

And the TS service is running? Is there a firewall or VPN running?

2) Does DynDNS Updater update the external IP on the dyndns server?

As with all things, disable everything, get it working, then re-enable everything.
Firewall will have to allow 3389 incoming as well.
