Anyone know of a place in PE that repairs cracked glass for the iPhone 3G? I can't be bothered to send it anywhere but if there is a place here then that works for me.

Edit - I have time - my kid somehow managed to disable it for the next 7,145,631 minutes…

I know nothing about this sort of thing, but isn't there an iStore (or whatever it's called) in Walmer park now?

Considered it but this thing is so old I'd sooner not spend Apple money on it.

Besides. The idea of going to Walmer park this time of the year...

Walmer Park is not that busy.
Do you ppl live in Uitenhage or Despatch that these big towns scare you?

:D

You should try one of the small indian shops.
There's one at 6th ave as well.

I live out in the burbs. It's not so much the crowds but parking.

They're often the cheapest and do the job your require.
I had an erricson with back and front screen that got cracked cost R200 compared to erricson's R1400.

... that and the Vaalies with trailers attached trying to navigate Cape Road, it was murder in Newton Park this morning.

Maybe they think we've got e-tolling on the N2 :D

FYI, the istore in walmer park sends their devices away to Jhb to get fixed. I got a new phone and asked if they fixed it there if there were issues, and that was the reply.
