Request Tracking Software Advice

Hi all

Is there any request tracking software that you would recommend? It will be used outside of an IT environment, so the traditional options like Spiceworks will not work.

Any ideas?

Lol, I did have a look at RT, can't remember why I decided against it though. Will look at Redmine, thank you

We've been using Redmine for a while now, very solid piece of software. Can integrate with LDAP for authentication with AD if that's needed which is pretty useful.
