Hi there,

I wanted to know if there is any other way to cancel my Vodacom contract other than though the call centre?
They are taking on average 20 minutes to put me through to someone - I've been on the phone the entire day.

What's also great is that I'm getting told that their cancellation software is offline, so they can't help me.

Is there any other way? Can I do this at Vodaworld in Midrand or at a Vodacom store somewhere.

I'm aware of all the penalties, etc, that come with the cancellation.

I'm currently holding the line for them and 13 minutes have gone by..... <_<

in the past I phoned the new sales line and asked to get put through to cancellations was much quicker. Just act dumb.

Thank you! I was considering that.

15 minutes passed and someone finally picked up. They made me answer all the security questions only to tell me that, actually, they're offline. I don't understand....

It's a South African business. I had the same problem now with MTN, and Cell C. Good luck man, but it is so worth it.
