RICA trouble

I don't know if this is the proper place to complain about this, but I've exhausted every other avenue of complaining/querying I'm aware of and maybe some help can come from a public forum.

Bought a 24Gb speedstick at DionWired in October, went in to RICA it at the beginning of December, RICA failed.

Went to nearest Cell C store, RICA failed, case opened.

Phoned 084 140, complained on Hellopeter, told Trevor, asked Cell C Rep for help, sent documents to Sisa Flatela (Media Client Liaison Exec – Cell C), 6 or 7 case numbers and 19 days later - no solution.

Can someone here suggest something else to try?

Go into Cell C and ask them to do a SIM swap?

Strange how things work out! Following your response I phoned the Cell C store to ask about a sim swop. The manager took my details and after 5min on his computer the sim card was RICA'd and immediately activated on the network. Don't know how and why it worked all of a sudden, I'm just happy it's sorted.

All of this could've been prevented if Cell C just gave me some feedback on my queries and complaints. 19 days turnaround time is bit poor if you ask me.
