Where do you get this from?LOL. It will absolutely affect your premiums as your risk factor is affected. If you are hi-jacked it's not your fault either. Hell, majority I think of claims are for things that are "not the insured's fault".
That's strange, but I guess it depends on previous claims and size of damage. I was mostly using OP's as context which seemed small. Also maybe because someone else was driving your car? If my insurance does that I would probably tell them I will be shopping around.
