Rocketnet - feedback?

Their support guys don't know how to read packet loss when I was with them and I sent a packet loss on their whatsapp support the dude told me our engineers are not clued up.

I moved away from them because they could not resolve my iptv issue as I was getting lots of buffering, even showed them tests with vox fat pipe and also got afrihost test account and my iptv was playing perfect with no issues. Eventually I gave up on these oaks as they mostly tier 1 support guys
 
to be honest, the launch of the 250/250Mbps is a game changer at that price and makes sense for those clients who function as data intensive internet users. Prices are always set to change like everything in the world, all we can hope is that the FNO's keep the increases to a minimum so that all ISP's can avoid having to pass this onto their customers.
