Their support guys don't know how to read packet loss when I was with them and I sent a packet loss on their whatsapp support the dude told me our engineers are not clued up.
I moved away from them because they could not resolve my iptv issue as I was getting lots of buffering, even showed them tests with vox fat pipe and also got afrihost test account and my iptv was playing perfect with no issues. Eventually I gave up on these oaks as they mostly tier 1 support guys
