Rocketnet - feedback?

Upload speeds are hitting around 150mbps to London. Downloads aren't as great as usual but seem to be close enough.

Unfortunately the FNO’s decide this, sadly. We will continue to fight for our customers for better pricing as always.
 
Does Rocketnet shape international traffic? Still suffering from the same speeds on my 100/100, never really had issues and have always be an ecstatic customer, so its quite surprising:

Only? If there's a faulty or saturated device/port somewhere in the chain, wont that show up in the mtr?

But agreed iperf is another tool to be used.

Doesn't hurt to try mtr, you need be a rocket scientist to do iperf. Run mtr for 5 mins to international server. @cavedog is right, it's not shaping but a last mile congestion issue and should log a fault.
 
Okay well now I am seriously confused. Seems its only like this from my desktop which is connected via ethernet. So it's definitely not Rocketnet.
