No thanks, I'll just use my 240V adapter. The Roku adapter is not rated to 240V.
EDIT: Okay, just did some checking and here is the official word from Roku:

I ordered my Roku 3 the week it was released and all I did was plug it into a universal adapter I had lying around and then into my adapters and everything been working perfectly. Never had a single issue yet.
Roku arrived today. It's a nice piece of kit, definitely worthy of upgrading my WDTV Lives.
Plex videos don't seem to be transcoding, just plain streaming. Thought I might have to upgrade my HP Microserver but not anymore.
Got 3 Rokus. Just plugged them all straight into 220v and sorted. No issues. All from Amazon.
Weirdly, mine didn't work. Multimeter showed the output was 3V. Bought a fonkong adjustable voltage transformer from ACDC and luckily I tested it as at the 12V setting it was making over 20V. Got around 12V when I set it to 7,5V. Meant to get a decent transformer but it's been running fine like that for weeks now.
Has anybody seen the new feature on the ruko ios app? When you are in the app select "play on roku" and you can instantly watch all your video's and photo's on you TV!
Looked for the Roku Android app but couldn't find an official one. Turns out it's blocked for SA.
1st do a reset. If that doesn't work then try giving it a static IP.
It should be just plug and play.
