Rolling Blackouts

It's all the same. It's not as if one term has a more positive connotation any more.

I call it Eskom time

I also think loadshedding is just sugarcoating controlled rotational blackouts.

Whatever you decide to call it won't changr a thing, but it's still blackouts.

It's really time to call this animal what it really is.

"Loadshedding" is little more than politically soft speak for Rolling Blackouts.

Too much lipstick has been wasted on the pig, it remains what it originally was.
They're literally the same thing, but whatever makes you feel better.

I saw a clip of Richard Quest, of sometime CNN fame, and he was appalled that SA won't call it what it is, or do anything about it. The Apps to inform and predict are great but no addressing the root cause. I'll say it: ANC. He was too polite to.

Less tourists, maybe more relief from first world countries.

Let us just call it load shedding rather.

Ha not gonna happen.

We playing wargames with the likes of China and Russia so we rubbing up "the enemy"
and Russia + China cant even help themself let alone some backwards African country.

What I am saying this exact thread has been done before and it has changed nothing, nor will yours.

They are literally the same thing - except the one is politically softer easier sell for the ANC than the other, and perhaps more palatable to the masses.

Seems SABC is no longer wasting lipstick on the pig

Who is the term politically softer on? Idiots?

Do people really not know they're the same thing?
