Well the idea is not to provide a proper requirements the idea is to dream up requirements establish a mutually beneficial contract between Eskom and that party and then shaft you without loop. That way both parties get milk you dry AND get to do it again and again with more requirements. As long as it is not written down they can will do whatever they want. The DA that refuse to hear the call of the people to actually stop this abuse are doing what?

Why will the DA take themselves to court? This is their socialist scheme. They have been doing this for 5 years in the Cape already. They even tendered out tax money to pay for aerial photos to catch the unregistered. People are so blinded by the ANC that they fail to objectively see what the DA is.
