Hi. I have a Belkin Router (F6D4630-4 v2) and have been trying to enter my ISP's settings. I entered all of them, except when I change encapsulation to LLC, it says applying...then applied successfully, but the encapsulation doesn't change, and stays as VC MUX.

Here is what I did:

*I entered my username and password correctly

*VPI/VCI: 8/35

*Encapsulation: VC MUX (which should be LLC)

*MTU: 1454

Help would be much appreciated.

PPPoE?
Hard reset router?
Try in another browser?

Yeah PPPoE. I found something weird. I accessed my router page on each of my 3 computers (which are connected to my router) and only the one says Encapsulation: LLC :/ I am really puzzled. I just added this computer to the network today (didn't change any setting; except for connecting it to my router), so there must be something to do with the other computers maybe...

simm_card has a valid point with regards to the browser.

I've seen many network devices and websites that only works 100% when using Internet Explorer to configure them.
