Doubt that... New iPhones are usually introduced each year at Apple's WWDC. The tsunami in Japan this year meant that Apple had component supply issues just a couple of months before that, hence the delayed launch. It might mean the cycle shifts to a September/October launch in future but I'm pretty sure it will be business as usual next year.
