This is somewhat expected, as this is the default homepage for Internet Explorer when in South Africa. And, if the user hasn't changed this, they will still visit this site every time the open IE, even if they have no interest in the content on the site.

Isn't this cheating?

This is surely cheating! They should exclude the stats from users that visit the site as their default homepage... How annoying to get to the msn page everytime IE is opened... A waste of bandwidth and time if you ask me...
