Liberation Movements discussing Liberation things, nothing for you to stress yourself about, same way they don't stress about what is discussed at right wing meetups.

Yes, Liberation things such as rigging elections in Zimbabwe and Mozambique, and we say or do nothing. Despite us proclaiming our love for democracy.

No idea what goes on in the mind of a typical right wing DA supporter, but I know it's a ticking time bomb as far as the DA's support is concerned.

During Maimane time there was that sentiment that the DA is ANC lite and they suffered at the polls for that, it's not as strong now as it was back then because the leadership is white and can somehow mitigate against it, but with some of the coloured vote going to the PA and some of the right wing vote going to the Freedom Front, and no new support coming in, things are not going to be easy.

That's why a strong GNU is so important.

But there was no liberation in South Africa. So how can they celebrate it?

If you are this confident about that why are you so bothered? Can't you just dismiss them as madmen and women celebrating something that never happened?

I mean it's weekend, I am sure you have better things to do?

I don't discuss politics or religion, but I do believe in telling the truth and referencing historical fact.

Why didn't you do that or state that as a caption to your post explaining their behaviour?

But are you sure you are okay? Because this thread that you always hang around is about politics and Liberation Movements, that you were discussing just now are politics.

The DA increased their vote share in 2024 despite losing votes to the PA. I do remember you predicting the PA being in some sort of coalition in the WC to kick the DA out. How did that prediction work out? You still have little to no idea about WC politics especially the part that you can't win the WC without winning CT and the PA support here is much lower than in the sparsely populated rural areas (CT is not even the strongest DA municipality in the WC). Also the DA wins two-thirds of the vote in other urban municipalities like Stellenbosch, Overstand and Mossel Bay.

They are continuing to lose votes to the PA and on top of that there is the rising right wing sentiment that they are too close to the ANC.
