Cant say it is any better.
Yes you have posted more pictures of roads being done , amazingly almost immediately which makes you wonder where the money came from as we all know that that is a capital expenditure that needs to be budgets then go through a bidding process
I think we will see lot of irregular expenditure coming out the woodwork

For a start, no R295m meant to provide clean water has ever disappeared with this administratiion, being able to account for what you have is a start of good governance.

Time will tell when the irregular expenditure is shown
The spend was a waste anyway when you look see the quality of work is similar to this

Patched a hole, ignored the cracks right next to the hole that will open up with the next rain that are part of a previous patch
Repair as done by a 10 year old. No prep, no proper site remediation
