The suspicion that those blockading healthcare access for non SA citizens are paid to do so is becoming more widespread:

Well then go amend the constitution

27 - (1) - a --- "Everyone" has the right to access health care service's
There are no limitations to this , example saying only south africans, nor limitting it to only emergency services.
WHile 27 (3) says emergency services may not be refused , all that is saying is private services cannot refuse someone needing emergency care
