Its one of those policies that gets created to appease a rabid local grouping that have no real idea about the economy.

Foreigners should be allowed to own businesses (small and large) but should have the relevant visas etc to do so. If a local is to fsckoff lazy to take advantage of a market, why shouldn't a foreigner be able to do so?
I could understand if it was about illegals but it seems there is lot of dislike towards foreigners in general. How is not xenophobia is beyond my understanding.

Anecdotally, I know who are considered "foreigners" in SA so if any of you side with Dudula, you should know better. LOL.

That's a tad dramatic, where does it say foreigners aren't allowed to create jobs?

Well done to Cilliers Brink who established such a magnificent system that Dr. Moya has to do nothing but just to hold steering wheel.
Honestly, I can't give a hoot who is in charge regarding municipalities, as long as the money is spent correctly and service delivery is tops. That's why people, including myself, have such high expectations of the DA as they have a proven track record of running muni's very well. My view is that all municipalities should be completely managed as apolitical entities but hey, I am glad that service delivery is happening across the CoT!

Eikona Champy, you aren't supposed to take the piss out of your SG
As the Liberation Movement we of course understood what he was saying but we were worried the public might not get the deeper meaning of his statement, as you can see, our fears are now confirmed.

So then do expand on what he was saying in a way that us unenlightened public might understand without thinking he's the fscking retard that he is.

He may be on to something. Could it be that the Coriolis effect has something to do with all the fluid in the craniums of our leadahs?

Does that meant that if we put them in northern hemisphere they will become hard working and ethical?

One would think that Champo has shown you enough times his true colours and his dislike for your ilk, that you could stop putting on your knee pads for him.

It may take a few generations for that to happen. I wonder whether we would find a few million volunteers to send to Siberia to test the theory.
